How it claims to work:
Hydro Boost Water Gel instantly quenches dry skin and keeps it looking smooth, supple and hydrated day after day. The unique water gel formula absorbs quickly, like a gel, but has the long-lasting, intense moisturizing power of a cream. It boosts skin’s hydration level and locks it in all day.

Naturally found in the skin, hydrating hyaluronic acid acts as a sponge for dry skin cells, moisturizing with up to 1,000 times its weight in water, resulting in more supple and smooth skin.

  • Oil-free
  • Non-comedogenic
  • Purified Hyaluronic acid
  • Wearable under makeup

Review:
I heard about this product I believe on TV; I think it was a commercial. I became very interested, considering its ingredients. I was afraid that since I have oily skin, it would not work well with me. Well they do have two different versions: gel and cream. The gel is for combination oily skin types. I love how lightweight this product is. It goes on very light, smooth, and absorbs so fast. It does a great job of moisturizing my oily skin but not too much to where it gives my skin more oil. The smell is very pleasant and clean. I think the major thing I like about this moisturizer is that it is great for sensitive skin. It is great for someone who isn’t prone to acne. Although it has hyaluronic acid, I don’t think it makes an effect to acne skin; It is just good as a every day moisturizer. Although for the price I think as an oily face girl, I would need it to be more of an oil controlling gel instead of a plain moisturizing one.

Ratings and Comments:
I would recommend this to someone if they just needed a good everyday moisturizer. Not necessarily for helping with acne prone skin. The cream version would be great for drier skin, it would give plenty of hydration to the skin. However, someone with oily skin would enjoy this but it wouldn’t “fix” anything if it needed to be fixing. I recommend another product if you would like something to specifically help with a problem area.

I give this product a 4 out of 5.
