While working at Ulta Beauty, I come across many products to try. I already love every aspect of SheaMoisture products so I was excited to try their facial products. I have had hyper-pigmentation for years due to acne and neglect of my skin. African Black Soap is great for helping with discoloration and hyper-pigmentation. I had been eyeing these products (SheaMoisture African Black Soap facial line) for a while, so when I got the extra money I decided to try the scrub. I had used this facial scrub for a week straight every day. I was absolutely amazed at how GREAT the results were. Dark marks I had for several months visibly disappeared while using this scrub. Although, I must state in advance: You aren’t suppose to use this scrub daily. It states that you use the scrub two to three times a week as needed. I did not read the instructions like a good customer suppose to. I am glad that this scrub is made of natural and organic ingredients, so my skin reacted normal to the excessive use. I just recommend you use it as suggested and if you decide to use more, be cautious (Excessive use of scrubs can cause tearing of the skin because of the abrasive beads.) Furthermore, I did feel like I seen such fast results in a week because of my constant use of the product. The cleanser overall leaves my skin very clean and free of dirt. I used one and now on a second bottle and I will continue to use it!
Ratings and Comments:
Absolutely love this facial wash/scrub and will continue to use it. It is my go to for helping correct any discoloration I may have from past acne. I would recommend this to anyone who has hyper-pigmentation or needs a way to even their skin tone.
I give this product a 5 out of 5.
