How it claims to work:
Wavy, Curly or Coily hair types are more susceptible to damage than straight hair, due to structure and styling resistance. Curlific! Texture Treatment restores elasticity and life to damaged, textured hair. It helps eliminate hair loss due to breaks and splits.

Weekly use maintains your beautiful hair, regardless of your styling regimen. A MUST for color treated curls!!

After I straightened my hair previously, I have struggled to get my curls back. They are so limp and don’t bounce back at all, so I never feel confident in a wash-and-go anymore. After using the ApHogee 2-step protein treatment, I wanted to moisturize my hair with a little something extra. I figured pairing this with the protein treatment, it would work better. The consistency of the conditioner is very thick and doesn’t have much slip through the hair. It takes a bit of working through the hair to make sure it is thoroughly applied. In hopes of getting some success with this product, I did leave this conditioner in overnight to give it a good chance to perform any magic. I really didn’t feel confident in my hair after washing this conditioner out. My hair felt dry and not really moisturized at all.  Although I do feel like my hair was very manageable, it was almost felt straw-like and not soft at all. Overall, my hair felt really dry and frizzy. Dry hair doesn’t always allow for the most moisturized and defined curls.

Ratings and Comments:
I expected more from this conditioner, this brand is known for its protein treatment and how great it performs. I felt like this definitely didn’t perform as well as I would have liked. I definitely won’t be repurchasing this deep conditioner, nor do I recommend it to anyone.
