How it claims to work:

I was so excited to try this brand. The prices are reasonable, they are available in most local beauty supply stores, and I never tried them ever before. I also haven’t heard too much about the brand in general. You guys know I love finding undiscovered brands and giving them a try! I found this particular product at TJMaxx for $5.99. So, I figured it was the perfect time to try it for the price. Well, I felt the texture and I had high hopes because it was fairly thick and somewhat sticky like it contained honey. My first initial impression while applying it to my hair was good. It was hard to get it thoroughly through my hair because it was so thick but I eventually did. But as I worked it through my hair, it transformed my hair for the worse. My hair became terribly disrupted. The hair shaft was very tangled and frizzy. Definitely not smooth at all. This normally happens when the product is very cheap and has nothing but cheap ingredients. Although it claims to have all natural ingredients, I don’t see how this could’ve happened with all natural ingredients. I even left this in my hair overnight and well into the next day. It did absolutely nothing for my hair but make it worse. I was planning on rolling my hair to have soft smooth curls. I struggled with trying to get the hair smooth around the rollers. When I did undo my curls, I hated the results. My hair was very frizzy and didn’t come out right at all. I ended up redoing my hair with a condition I know does a great job at smoothing the hair.
Ratings and Comments:
I definitely don’t see this conditioner working for anyone. It would cause people with smoother textures to get frizzy and tangled and would make things worse for people who have more coarser/textured hair. Definitely, would not recommend.
I give this product a 0 out of 5.
