Going in buying this product, I didn’t read reviews on this product. I was intrigued by Neutrogena products but was more interested in the naturals line. I picked this product up on a whim, since I had ran out of my Basis face wash. I was first irritated because the pump wouldn’t release and I couldn’t use the pump, so I had to open it and pour it out to use it. After using it for two days, I noticed my skin was beginning to be irritated with small red bumps. At first, I didn’t completely know what it was. I had moved into a new place and stress levels were at an all time high. So I continued to use it until I just really noticed it getting worse by the day. That is when I figured, I have to change what I am using to wash my face. This facial cleanser broke me out badly. I am not completely sure what ingredient caused the reaction. I returned the product as soon as I purchased Philosophy Purity.
